What is Lead Track? Lead Track is created to help you discover which step of leadership you were created to serving within and then help you maximize your capacity.
When is Lead Track? Lead Track will take place on January 21st after the second service?
Do I have to currently be in Leadership position to attend? No you don't! If you have a desire to learn more how leadership works at Journey, then Lead Track is for you!
Will I be placed in a leadership position after Lead Track? No necessarily. After Lead Track, you will receive a phone call from one of our pastors about your next step. Your next step might be to serve as an apprentice for a few months.
How often is Lead Track offered? Lead Track is offered 4 times a year and typically every 5th Sunday.
Will childcare be provided? Yes! Childcare and lunch will be provided for you.
